I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have worked with diverse populations in various settings, including high schools and community clinics. I received training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, and offered crisis intervention in school settings. In my private practice, I have worked with those experiencing significant life transitions.

My blend of approaches helps to meet each of my client's individual needs at any given time to provide the most comprehensive and specialized care. You will never be judged when we are talking together. We can sit down and explore your strengths, work on the issues of concern, and together, find ways to achieve a greater sense of personal fulfillment in your life.

Therapy can be a rich and powerful experience of growth and change. Each of us encounters painful loss, interpersonal conflict, and feelings of sadness, guilt, and shame. Finding a safe place to explore these pervasive human feelings is a step towards reaching better emotional health. We find an opportunity to know ourselves more intimately, and in turn, find greater fulfillment in the world around us.

I collaborate with my clients working through current issues or past experiences and explore underlying issues that create feelings of anxiety, sadness, or stuckness. Clients learn to establish better coping skills and healthier thought processes as we look to uncover the obstacles keeping you from moving forward in daily life.
